Judges will be looking for:
Evidence of supporting and promoting innovations in clinical practice
Evidence that clinical pathways have been developed that improve effectiveness and enhance the patient experience as well as providing value for money
Clinicians have been at the centre - including taking responsibility for releasing savings
Evidence of discussions/research with patients to formulate plans
Evidence of improved productivity and elimination of waste
Evidence of identifying efficiency savings
Evidence of clinical quality and improvements
Focus on value for money: ensuring each pound spent maximises the quality of healthcare and patient experience
